Cabana Club EU & Cabana Elite EU

I. General Provisions
1. Scope
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all persons who register as members of the customer loyalty programs "Cabana Club EU" and "Cabana Elite EU" operated by High Tide Germany GmbH, Alte Schönhauser Str. 2, 10119 Berlin, Managing Director: Harkirat Singh Grover (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
1.2. Participation in our customer loyalty programs is intended only for natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. If you are under 18 years of age, the involvement of a parent or legal guardian is required.
1.3. This Section I and Section IV apply to all customer loyalty programs. Section II additionally applies to "Cabana Club EU", and Section III additionally applies to "Cabana Elite EU".
2. General Obligations
2.1. If you register for one of our customer loyalty programs, you are required to comply with the obligations set out below.
2.2. You are required to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your membership. The use of fictitious names or pseudonyms, as well as multiple registrations, is prohibited.
2.3. You must keep your login credentials, particularly your chosen password, secure and confidential and may not disclose them to third parties or otherwise enable third parties to access your customer account.
2.4. If there are indications that your customer account has been used without authorization by a third party, you are obligated to inform us immediately.
2.5. Changes to your personal information, particularly your contact details, must be updated in your customer account without delay after such changes occur.
II. Provisions for "Cabana Club EU"
3. Scope of Benefits of the "Cabana Club EU" Membership
3.1. As a member of the "Cabana Club EU", you may benefit from exclusive discounts on the online stores operated by us: Canna Cabana Germany, Grasscity, and BlessedCBD.
3.2. As a member of the "Cabana Club EU", you may also take advantage of our "Best Price Guarantee." The provisions relating to the Best Price Guarantee in Section IV, Clause 12 shall apply.
4. Registration for a "Cabana Club EU" Membership
4.1. To become a member of the "Cabana Club EU", you must first register.
4.2. Registration requires not only an email address and password (hereinafter referred to as the "login credentials") but also additional information, including your first and last name, telephone number, address, and date of birth. The email address also serves as your username and will be used to communicate with you.
4.3. You may delete your registration at any time by notifying us. In this case, your customer account and all stored data will be permanently deleted without the possibility of restoration, provided there are no legal retention obligations or the data is required for processing outstanding orders.
5. Duration and Termination of Membership in the "Cabana Club EU"
5.1. Membership in the "Cabana Club EU" is concluded for an indefinite period.
5.2. Both we and you have the right to terminate your membership at any time without providing any reason.
a. If we exercise this right, we will inform you promptly in text form.
b. If you wish to exercise this right, you may do so by notifying us in text form and/or by using the corresponding button available in your account.
III. Provisions for "Cabana Elite EU"
6. Scope of Benefits of the "Cabana Elite EU" Membership
6.1. As a member of our "Cabana Elite EU" program, you will receive access to the exclusive "Cabana Elite EU" section of the online stores operated by us: Canna Cabana Germany, Grasscity, and BlessedCBD. You may benefit from exclusive discounts and, during certain events, purchase limited-edition "Cabana Elite EU"-exclusive accessories.
6.2. As a "Cabana Elite EU" member, you will receive access to selected discount and sales promotions on the online stores operated by us: Canna Cabana Germany, Grasscity, and BlessedCBD before all other users.
6.3. If you choose to receive marketing communications from us as part of your "Cabana Elite EU" membership, you will automatically be entered into the quarterly prize draws conducted by our online stores Canna Cabana Germany, Grasscity, and BlessedCBD. The prizes vary with each draw. The specific prizes can be viewed on the corresponding website for each prize draw.
6.4. As a "Cabana Elite EU" member, you will receive a birthday voucher each year on your birthday. This voucher may be redeemed within 7 days before or after your birthday in one of our online stores: Canna Cabana Germany, Grasscity, and BlessedCBD. The respective voucher terms and conditions of the applicable online store shall apply. Cash redemption of the voucher value is not possible. The value of the voucher is determined at our discretion and may vary from year to year.
